| The Core Club New York, 2006 30,000 SF Mina Hatano as Project Architect at SPaN Photography: Michael Moran The Core Club is private club located in midtown Manhattan throughout six floors, Including theater, bar/dinning area, gym, salon, steam and spa facilities. All programs are interwoven and linked by transitioning materials from one to another. Unique feather of materials includes custom hand-blown light fixture, molded glass wall, undulated wood panel, marble, burlap wall and oak stairway. The project was awarded for American Institute of Architects Citation for Interior Architecture in 2008. |
